Home sales are down, which means now is the time to buy!  Why wait until the market takes off again?  Get in on the ground floor. 

On another note, keep the spirit of memorial day going.  When you see a soldier, say thanks, buy them lunch, give them a smile.  They deserve special treatment from us everyday.
