90 degrees outside? WOW!! Great weather inspires people to get out there and go house shopping. Now would be a great time to find the house you have always wanted, in a buyers market, and make it your home.

Home sales are down, which means now is the time to buy! Why wait until the market takes off again? Get in on the ground floor.

On another note, keep the spirit of memorial day going. When you see a soldier, say thanks, buy them lunch, give them a smile. They deserve special treatment from us everyday.

This Weekend

What a beautiful weekend! I can hardly blame people from all over the country making the choice to move to the Portland / Vancouver Metro area. It is such an inviting environment. With gas prices so high, it is quite a perk to have so many recreation choices, so close to home. Living in the Northwest is great!
